		Jim McGraw Jim is often the first person you will meet when you work with McGraw Lock Homes. He has been the managing partner with McGraw Lock Homes for over 10 years, and works closely with his brother Jerry to make your new home adventure run smoothly. He grew up in Central Pennsylvania, went to school here and is raising his family here. “My father would always remind us that our reputation is everything. We want you to be satisfied with your new home and the building experience.” Jim’s experience extends to real estate valuation, so he knows a lot about homes

and neighborhoods in Central Pennsylvania. “We build quality, affordable homes crafted by local skilled workers.”

Jim knows how important each home is to each home owner. He knows how important your new home will be to you. “We built our business on our belief that, first of all, a family looking to build a new home wants to be able to trust the builder,” Jim said. “We earn that trust.”

Jerry McGraw

Jerry is the person you will work most closely with at McGraw Lock Homes. He will directly oversee the day-to-day work on your new home.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in every aspect of home-building to your home project. Jerry supervised the construction of quality homes throughout the Harrisburg area with respected realtors and builders before starting McGraw Lock Homes in 1995.

Jerry also grew up in Central Pennsylvania and has raised a family here.

“When it’s your own business, with your name on it, you put yourself on the line with every

home you build,” Jerry said. “We’ve earned an excellent reputation for quality, affordable homes, and we work hard every day to keep that reputation.”

Jerry’s attention to detail comes from hands-on experience with construction finishing in his early career.

As every home owner knows, even the best construction may need some final touches. Jerry’s post-construction care is built into the McGraw Lock Homes construction process.

Jerry will be there for you for a full year after your home is built, to assure that your home is everything your agreement promised.

Herschel Lock

Building a first home, or moving up to a larger one, involves important decisions that can, at times, be stressful.

Herschel Lock is an attorney who has practiced law in the Harrisburg area for over 30 years. During that time he has helped many people when they bought their homes. When you buy your home from McGraw Lock Homes, he brings these decades of experience to the legal work for your new home, ensuring that you and Central PA home builder McGraw Lock Homes both understand and agree to the details of your contract.

“Because of my legal experience in working with such transactions, I am well aware of what needs to be done to make certain that the settlement on a home goes smoothly,” he said. “And isn’t that what every home-buyer deserves?”
